Sexual Health D&G has become a 3rd Party
Reporting Centre

Working in partnership with Police Scotland, Sexual Health D&G has become a 3rd party reporting centre. This means that the staff have been trained to help to make such a report on behalf of the victim/witnesses and to assist a victim or witness in submitting a report of hate crime to the police. This will all be handled in a confidential manner.

A hate crime is any crime motivated by malice, ill will or prejudice against disability, race, religion or belief, sexual orientation or trans-gender identity. It does not have to be a physical attack, it could be a verbal attack and such things as: people intimidating you, having your belongings stolen or vandalised and offensive letters, leaflets or posters. Reporting hate crime helps the police to find those responsible for it and helps victims receive appropriate support and advice and also creates a picture of your community.
